I LOVE YOUR WORK! HOW DO I BOOK?

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO POSE! WILL YOU HELP WITH THAT?
No worries at all! That's what we're here for! We will guide you through your entire session to capture the best angels and images for you!
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN IN-STUDIO & ON-LOCATION?
In-studio sessions are completed in a studio location. On-location sessions are completed outdoors or at a scouted location.
IS THERE A WAY I CAN TALK TO SOMEONE BEFORE BOOKING?
Absolutely! For all serious inquiries schedule a consultation here to discuss your brand's visual needs!
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?
All sessions are canceled after our 15-min grace period. Sessions can be rescheduled a minimum of 48-hours prior to your session. Reschedules are subject to availability.
Deposits will be forfeited for canceled sessions.
IF I'M RUNNING LATE WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
We offer a 15-minute grace period for all sessions. If you are late it is your responsibility to email info@22production.com to notify our team of your tardiness.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY IMAGES/VIDEOS?
All final images/videos are turned around within 7-14 *business days. With the exception of all holidays.
*business days are Monday - Friday
WHAT ARE RETOUCHES?
Retouches are high-end photo edits
CAN I GET THEM FASTER?
Yes, we offer a rush option of 48-72 hours. Our rush fee starts from $250
CAN I GET MORE RETOUCHES?
Absolutely! Additional retouched images can be purchased following your session
DO I GET ALL OF MY RAW IMAGES?
Unfortunately no. We do not release all images.
You wouldn't go to chick fil-a to order food & expect to get the raw chicken right? lol We prefer to put our sauce on the images before you receive them!
Copyrights to all images can be purchased upon request.
DON'T I OWN THE COPYRIGHTS BECAUSE I PAID FOR MY SESSION?
No, copyrights are not fully released. You do have limited rights to use images for content purposes!
We are happy to assist those that would like to purchase copyrights for their brands!
DO YOU ONLY SHOOT BRANDS?
Although our main focus is to work with brands owned and operated by women of color,

It's the day of your session! Based on your session type, bring what makes you, well, you!
From your outfits to props, help us showcase what you love! Shy? No worries, bring a friend, a hype man is always a plus!
STEP 4
VIEW PROOFS & PURCHASE PRINTS
In 2-3 business days, your photos are ready for review online! Select your favorites within 3 days.
Review our additional add-on items to purchase & customize options for everyone!!
STEP 5
DOWNLOAD IMAGES & PRODUCTS SHIP
In 7 - 14 business days your images will be ready for you to download! Keepsake items will be in production & shipped to your location very soon!
