SCHEDULING AND DEPOSITS
22Production LLC requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%* for all production services.
Once your deposit has been received, you will be sent a contract via email within 48hrs.
Contracts must be signed no less than 48hrs prior to your shoot.
No contract no shoot.
Remaining balances must be paid the day of production.
* Prices are subject to change due to demand.
CANCELLATIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Rescheduling options are limited and subject to approval.
One per appointment with a mandatory 48 hours notice.
If you require more than 1 rescheduling requests, your appointment will require an additional non-refundable deposit.
LATE FEES AND OVERTIME
Clients are given a 10 minute grace period.
After the grace period, a $100 late fee will be applied. Anytime over your scheduled appointment time will be billed at an hourly rate.** Payment of any surcharges will be invoiced and must be paid before images are delivered to the client.

22Production LLC will send clients raw watermarked images within 48hrs following their session.
Images are sent during business hours. If your session lands outside of business hours images will be sent the following business day. Edit selections must be made within 3 business days of receiving proof images.
All raw images are sent via dropbox, please be sure to submit selections correctly. 22Production is not liable for misselected images. Final edit(s) will be returned within 7 to 12 business days.
During periods of high demand, turnaround times can increase up to 17 business days.
Release forms and/or contracts must be signed and returned to 22Production LLC no less than 48hrs prior to production.
Session cannot begin without signed contracts.
Clients grant 22Production LLC. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives and designees (collectively, "22Production") the irrevocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free perpetual right and license to use and display clients photos ("Photo") for any and all purposes, including marketing, promotion or advertising, in any and all media channels and social platforms (now known or hereafter existing), without compensation, payment or other consideration of any kind.
22PRODUCTION and CLIENT agree that 22PRODUCTION is under no obligation to capture any specific moment or pose or person(s) during the SHOOT other than that stated in your package preferences.
If 22PRODUCTION is unable to perform the services in this contract due to any cause outside its control, client agrees to indemnify photographer for any loss damage or liability.
CLIENT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 22PRODUCTION for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including data loss.
CLIENT understands and agrees that 22PRODUCTION is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot 30 (thirty) days after the photos have been delivered to CLIENT.
CLIENT agrees to hold 22PRODUCTION harmless for any personal injury, which may occur as the CLIENT poses or works with 22PRODUCTION.
22PRODUCTION will strive to present photos in a workmanlike manner but is not required to cater to specific aesthetic preferences of CLIENT.
